Moderation is the key

“Many studies have been done, especially on red wine, for its cardio protective effects. Red wine derives its benefits from antioxidants like catechin, resveratrol, proanthocyanidins and epicatech, but only if consumed in moderate amount. However, a recent study has showed that even white wine is equally beneficial but more data is needed. Benefits versus dangers of red wine depend upon the amount, sex, age, size, weight of person and whether it is consumed empty stomach or with food. Moderation is the key”
