Blood Pressure
High Blood Pressure, also called Hypertension, is one of the most common health conditions across the world. This means the pressure exerted by blood against the walls of the blood vessels. This is a condition when your heart is forced to work harder to push blood through the vessels at a higher pace or pressure. If left unattended, this can cause damage to the heart and arteries, which can further lead to heart attack, stroke and even kidney failure.
There are two types of high blood pressure. This includes:
- Primary Hypertension
- Secondary Hypertension
